What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a whole body approach to wellness. This holistic practice is a natural, tactile therapy utilizing micro-movement, palpitation techniques used on the hands, feet, and face to facilitate relaxation and healing. These mapped out reflexes represent organs within the human body. It’s amazing how God created our complex bodies and how working reflectively relieves pain, stress, and every day ailments.

Research has overwhelmingly confirmed the direct effects that reflexology has on the following conditions: anxiety, arthritis pain, sleep issues, emotional and physical pain caused by cancer, depression, sinus issues, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, trauma, and digestion.
Reflexology is non-invasive. It renews and encourages health and wellness by healing within using specific pressure points. Reflexology concentrates on working whole body systems that includes the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems for healing.
In addition to using reflexology in my sessions, I integrate the ancient system of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine). Working reflectively, reflexology and TCM links and connects specific meridian points to organs that encourages healthy energy for treatment, illness prevention, and optimal health.


Hand Reflexology
Hand reflexology applies to points in the hands that align with organs and systems in the body. Hand reflexology reduces stress and promotes healing.
Foot Reflexology
Foot Reflexology works by palpating areas on the feet that correspond to different organs and systems in the body. Reflexology brings your body to a place of homeostasis allowing stress relief and healing.

Acupressure Points
Acupressure works nicely in conjunction with Reflexology. Traditional Chinese medicine helps aid in relieving pain, reducing stress and supports overall well-being.

Foot Detox
The ion cleanse detoxification system draws toxins out of the body through the feet. Benefits include reduced brain fog, stress relief, better sleep and overall better health and wellbeing. Clients report more energy and mental clarity after the soak.
